1. Available Plans
MemoReminder offers two plans designed to help you manage your notes, reminders, and tasks.
Free Plan
The Free Plan is available at no cost and includes:
- Up to 10 notes
- Access to all MemoReminder features
- No subscription required
- No payment required
You can delete existing notes to make room for new ones, while staying within the 10-note limit.
Premium Plan
The Premium Plan gives you increased note storage and access to the complete MemoReminder experience.
It includes:
- Up to 200 notes
- Access to all MemoReminder features
- Premium access for the duration of your subscription
- Recurring billing according to your selected billing period
2. Subscription and Billing
The Premium Plan is billed according to the price and billing period displayed when you subscribe.
By subscribing to Premium, you authorize MemoReminder or its payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee according to your selected billing period.
The applicable price and billing frequency will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.
3. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time.
When you cancel:
- Your Premium access remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing period.
- Once your Premium period ends, your account will return to the Free Plan.
- The Free Plan’s 10-note storage limit will then apply.
If you have more than 10 notes when your Premium subscription ends, your existing notes will not necessarily be deleted immediately. However, you may need to delete notes before creating or storing additional notes within the Free Plan limit.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law.
4. Note Storage Limits
The applicable storage limits are:

These limits refer to the number of notes currently stored in your MemoReminder account.
They do not represent a monthly limit on the number of notes you can create, edit, or delete.
5. Changes to Plans and Pricing
MemoReminder may modify its plans, features, storage limits, pricing, or subscription terms from time to time.
If a change materially affects an existing paid subscription, users will be notified in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the payment method used, the applicable payment provider, and applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds may be considered in cases such as:
- Billing errors caused by the system
- Accidental subscription or duplicate payment
