1. Free Trial First Approach
When you subscribe to Memo Reminder Premium, you receive a 14-day free trial.
During this period:
- You are not charged
- You have full access to all Premium features
- You can cancel at any time before the trial ends
- If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged
2. Automatic Billing After Trial
After the 14-day free trial ends:
- Your subscription is automatically activated
- The selected payment method is charged
- Billing continues on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly depending on your plan)
- You can cancel anytime directly from your account
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will occur.
3. Refund Policy
Because Memo Reminder provides a free trial and immediate access to Premium features after billing, refunds are limited.
Refund requests may be accepted within 1 to 14 days after the charge, depending on the situation.
