These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Memo Reminder application, browser extension, and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

1. Service Description

Memo Reminder is a productivity application designed to help users manage:

  • Tasks
  • Reminders
  • Calendar planning
  • Kanban boards
  • Tags and categories
  • Productivity tracking

The Service is accessible via browser extension and/or web application.

2. Eligibility

To use Memo Reminder, you must:

6. Premium Plan & 14-Day Free Trial

The Premium Plan unlocks full access to all features.

Free Trial

When subscribing to Premium, you receive a 14-day free trial.

During this period:

  • You will not be charged immediately
  • You have full access to Premium features
  • You can cancel anytime before the trial ends

Automatic Billing

After the 14-day trial ends:

  • Your subscription will be automatically charged
  • The billing method provided at signup will be used
  • The subscription will renew automatically based on your selected plan (monthly or yearly)

You may cancel anytime, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will occur.

7. Pricing

Premium pricing may include:

  • Monthly subscription
  • Annual subscription (discounted pricing)

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change in the future with prior notice.

8. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store full credit card information. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation.

9. Refund Policy

Because Memo Reminder provides a free trial and immediate access to Premium features after billing, refunds are limited.

10. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create:

  • Notes
  • Tasks
  • Reminders
  • Tags
  • Calendar data
  • Personal organization data

We do not claim ownership of your data.

11. Local Storage & Synchronization

Memo Reminder uses a local-first system. This means:

  • Data is primarily stored on your device
  • Offline usage is supported

Some features include automatic synchronization, which securely updates your data across devices when logged in.

We process only what is necessary to provide this functionality.

12. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all devices

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or updates.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and software of memo Reminder remain the property of the company.You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the Service without authorization.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the Service
  • Security risks are detected
  • Required by law

You may stop using the Service at any time.

15. Disclaimer

Memo Reminder is a productivity tool.

We do not guarantee that:

  • You will not miss tasks or reminders
  • The Service will improve productivity
  • All features will be error-free

You remain responsible for your own organization and deadlines.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

  • Missed deadlines or reminders
  • Financial or business losses
  • Indirect damages
